This beautiful Texas winter weather will soon be coming to an end. Cold drafts and cedar allergy season are coming in quick, and it's time to enjoy the outdoors while you can. A picnic is a cute way to celebrate the coming season, which is what we did this past Saturday morning at the Pearl. The Farmer Market vendors were out, so we picked up some beignets from Crepelandia, noodle buns from Ming's, and stopped by Larder for pumpkin cake. All the trees by the Riverwalk were golden and orange: the perfect spot to sit and snack. Sometimes, it's better to assemble your own aesthetic brunch.
