Yes, I caved and purchased a picnic gingham dress. My inner picnic girl called out to me, and I had my eye on a particular pink gingham dress by Yesstyle.

Unfortunately, the only sizes they had available were Small or Medium. Even when purchasing this dress, I knew that there was a possibility I would not fit into it. Their sizes tend run smaller, so I knew I would be the most comfortable in a Large. But since they did not have that option, I chose a Medium.

Yes, it looks cute, but there is obvious discomfort around my chest area. The build for these dresses were not meant for bigger breast sizes, so it was an incredibly tight fit. As much as I loved the style and overall look on me, I was dying. The discomfort simply outweighed the item.

Topping this look with a coat kind of gave me a more modern, urban chic look. But, you can still slightly tell of the flattened area around my chest. While I think it is amazing that Yesstyle has options for smaller builds, I feel like their store could expand to cater towards different sizes on these kind of dresses to promote body inclusivity in their fashion. I know that Yesstyle has outfits with L, XL, and XLL options, but it seemed bizarre they didn't have those choices for one of their gingham dresses labelled "most popular". As much as I loved the entire fit, I would not wear it again.
